Product must be returned in the original shipping packaging with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted.
DecorShore.com guarantees full credit for product or replacement if available, for all manufacturers’ defective items. You may return a defective product up to 14 days after you receive. No refunds will be authorized after 14 days.
All shipping costs for the product shall be at the customer's expense.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 14 days.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA#.
Returning a regular item will apply above policies along with 25% restocking fees, any other fees subjected to shipping company.
"Closeout " area products purchased are "final sales" and CAN NOT be returned.

Any looses or damages with what so ever cause, is limited to full refund of the purchase price at our terms.
